    After having constant neck pain for several years and going through physical therapy twice i decided to try something a doctor would not recommend

    I think if the arthritis in my hands were more advanced id have trouble getting the clasp to work

    I would recommend that people with advanced joint damage in their hands try a cuff style bracelet in lieu of the links to avoid that problem
