Pros
These gummy calcium supplements are tastier than calcium soft chews. They are not chalky or foul tasting like some chew tablets can be. I also like that these gummy vitamins are not in a comical licensed package aimed at children.
Cons
Most tablets etc, just get flushed out. Gritty coating and weird texture. I make my own colloidal magnesium so not concerned.

Only issue i have is they could do with about half the amount of sugar on them and they would still be good

These have a sugar like coating on them so if you like that then these will work for you

Too much sugar the fast is good so no need to add sugar also if you can make one jelly for 500mg cause i need to take 1200 per day

They do have a 34sandy34 coating that brushes off when portioning them that can be messy

Grown adults might need or want vitamin gummies but its a bit discouraging if you have to resort to taking double the amount of flinstonespaw patrolwhatever gummies to meet their daily needs
