Pros
Works as advertised, easy to use. Difference of being stranded or safely heading towards your destination is ultimately your own responsibility.
It takes about 3 minutes to go from 22 lbs to 36 lbs. It should be used with an air regulator (~30 psi). I have a jeep jku on 35's and wanted a system that would keep me waiting around to fill up.
Viair 450p is 100-percent duty cycle. Emergency repairs can be done without stressing the unit. Also avoids the storage issue. Since it's portable you can move it to a new vehicle.
Added a 3 gallon minimal reserve. Can plug my tire leaks while on the go.
Ez to use, gauge is spot on when you stop filling. Only issue i have is the valve lock.
Cons
The small paddle lever is almost impossible to operate. The compressor is old and didn't cost nearly as much.

Compressor primary hose screw on valve stem hose and triggergage assembly worked as expected with no issues
The extension hose female quick connect would not stay locked to any male fitting and the extension chuck valves leaked on both sides
3 tires of 55 psi will not burn up the motor

Well worth the price and a must for off road fun

It arrived yesterday and i quickly tried it out
If you buy their product directly from viair they ship the item inside a shipping box
My only complaint is it was shipped in original box

Original box was not packed inside another box to protect it
This could have been avoided with better protection and packaging for this heavy item

I purchased the one from nt that is similar but the pressure gage was off by 10 psi
I have another brand i can switch out but for this amount of money im contemplating a return
I wish the gauge was easier to read but it is better than the competition
If you compare the viair to any of the knock off brands youll see it is head an shoulders above those in both build and performance

One it hooks directly to the battery so there is no chance of blowing a hard to find fuse
