Pros

Things feel a little bruised after a month off the bike. Despite some bruising from friday, the velo bio:logic kicked *.

The padding is relatively stiff, meaning you won't droop into the seat. It is wider than the seat that came on my road bike and more cushioned. Love the vent in the middle.

Most anatomical saddles seem to focus on removing pressure from the perineal zone. This saddle is like a cradle for my *. No more narrow saddles for me.


Cons

The padded humps are too soft allowing the hamstrings to compress on the seat. I found the sides to rub quite a bit, more than any saddle i have ever tried besides brooks, they rub as well.
