Pros
Inclusion of a table of content is huge plus. The page index in the front is surprisingly helpful.
Quality of materials & labor are simply outstanding. Signo dx, and ohto gel and soft inks with absolutely no bleeding. Only downside is that the paper is not suitable for fountain pens. Excellent with my lamy fountain pen and noodler's black ink.
The hardcover feels nice, but won't stain like a clothbound book. I use it for taking calculus notes and the size of the pages combined with the grid paper make it very appealing to the eye. Notes can be referenced quickly and easily.
Cons
Poor quality book, with dried glue and scratches on the cover. Doesn't lay flat, cover was ripped. Either this is a defect, the quality isn't as good as the e3.
