Cons

It does not reach the head to be demagnetized in a conventional old run of the mill regular 8 track deck. Unless…. You go through the egregious process of disconnecting the 8 track player from your sound system. Google it first before buying.

And it did improve the quality of recording playback on recorder

For example i’ll line up all the cassette players and decks i want to demagnetize all in a row with the cassette doors open

It was very easy to use once i was able to read the direction that were on the demagnitizer

I kept on looking for the directions in the packaging until i realized they were on the round handle of the demagnitizer
