Pros

The slider is very sturdy and i do not believe that this will be a weakness for the product. Looks much better, but i still prefer the nice painted on logo they used to have. They smell great. When trimmed they fit fine.

The original has a aluminum candle holder. A deep scratch test reveals the lantern body to indeed be brass. All are plenty strong with brass winning the cool factor, for me.

Cons

Changing the candle is a pain in the patuti because wax from the previous candle gets all over the inside of the lantern. The chimney and its casing are very flimsy. It works, but it feels extremely cheaply made for price tag.

As per the standard uco has been putting out quality outdoor equipment for some time now

These cheap paper stickers cheapen the product name believe me

I understand cutting costs but this diminishes the product image to something now that is just churned out in china as a commodity

Shipping was poor i had it delivered to an amazon locker

I ordered 2 replacement glasses from uco shipping cost almost as much as the glass

Packaging/appearance

Important buy the uco candles in the bulk pack so youll have plenty on hand
