Pros

Oco candle lantern is a classic that’s not changed since 1971. No drips or melting. Nice and bright.

Cons

The candles are oblong and not round. The internal spring no longer pushes the candle up. Warning buying these candles in bulk will be warp or rectangle shaped.

They appear to be heated up and squished cheap candles to try and fit my candle lantern. Without flat bottoms the candle never has a chance to finish burning without melting unevenly and dripping inside the lantern.

I have to throw away the last 25% of the candle before it drips melted wax into the interior. It seems that they drip a little until the rounded part of the candle melts and flattens. yeah, dripped all over.
