Very satisfied with the product and customer support. Cannot recommend this product enough. I am very pleased with it and really amazed at the quality of service this company provides.

Love this pail for its design and odor locking features. Ubbi responded to my emails promtply and dealt with the issue very professionally.
It holds enough dirty diapers that it doesn't feel like i'm continuously emptying it. Takes basic kitchen sized trash bags and it keeps the scent contained.
Very durable, lovely colours and keeps our nursery fresh. This product is sleek and stylish, easy to use and doesn't require additional liners.
Cons
Baby's room stinks when this pail is in there. The poop smell is not container in the steel work as it's supposed to. It smells the same as a diaper genie.
The opening to throw the diaper in is so small. The lid that closes the opening is tough to open. Just buy a reg garbage can.

Haven’t used it for diapers yet but it arrived quickly and undamaged

I find with a bad poop you can still smell it though but not as bad as the competition
It is however expensive compared to competing brands

You would never even know if there were even spoiled diapers in there really locks in the smell

That being said however the diaper genie does a better job of sealing the smell when you open it

When it comes time to empty the tower the smell can be really bad it does not have a plastic hingething inside to help seal up the smell

Recently the top handle broke off i contacted ubbi to purchase a new handle they regrettably informed me that the handle was not a purchasable item but instead sent me a brand new pail free of charge
