When we opened the wooden box that holds the knives we did notice that there were some quality issues on the inside of the box

With my old knives i was willing to accept a shortened life span in exchange for the ease of tossing them in the ol whirlpool to get cleaned

I try to hand wash these for longevity but they will survive the dishwasher on occasion too
