I have two herniated disc, spinal stenosis and sciatica, it takes a few weeks before you feel relief. Give it 2 months of consistency to see if it truly is working for you. It takes awhile for it to be effective; patience is important.

Taking it daily will definitely lessen pain from inflammation in joints. They relieve pain in my joints and super helpful for headache.
