I absolutly love turmeric being a womans physique bodybuilder i hit the gym 6 days a week and hit it heavy so my body feels it even more being 47 doesnt help either lol

In order to get the effective amount i usually see around 250500mg 12gram of curcuminoids the active part of curcumin daily and you also have to have some piperine which is just black pepper as well because thats what the body uses to assimilate curcumin otherwise most gets wasted

This brand has added piperine so thats a good sign because i dont know why some brands dont list how much curcuminoids is in their capsules nor do they add piperine therefore i dont even know whywhat they are selling since its not effective
