Pros

Holster holds handgun securely, yet doesn't require wrestling to draw the *. It can be moved around and adjusted easily. Retention is also easily adjustable with slight turn of a screw.

For iwb 3 o'clock carry (my preferred), this is a great holster. Fits like a glove and very comfortable. My one and only complaint is that the sweat guard is a bit wide.

Cons

The holster is nice except one screw keeps coming loose. It won't stay on my belt properly.
