I believe it would have jeopardized my life. Not safe for those with heart arrhythmia. Thought this was same as the original resveratrol sold at costco…it is not.

Capsules are easy to swallow but i have to say if you have other supplements to take take this one first followed quickly by a couple of others or maybe a sip of coffee…to me they have a distinct aspect of vomit and that’s the truth
