Purchased two chairs one of which the leg collapsed during construction due to 99 of the leg having a knot through it

The predrilled holes in the chairback were fine but the matching holes in the crossbars were slightly out of alignment and inadequate further drilling was needed but this was a minor issue

I read the two negative reviews after buying two chairs and worried that perhaps id made the wrong decision

The problem was sorted and rectified straight away and i received a replacement within 2 days
