Pros
The lotion absorbs more quickly than the balm. It takes away some of the dander, helps deshed, they smell great.
Scent is great and not overpowering. It is unscented which i like, because that means there’s no interesting smell for my dog to sniff and lick. He has not continuously scratched himself after bathing.
Tropiclean waterless cat shampoo is much better than the others. It pumps out as foam and you rub it in your cat's fur, and as it coats the fur it gets wet. My cat hates foam, but i can usually get a handful rubbed in quickly.
Not overpriced either. Fwiw, i also appreciate that the company gives back through a charitable organization.

My little chihuahua doesn’t like when i have to spray it so i spray some on my hand and then rub it on her ears

When i do get the chance though i try and spray directly on the ears or top of her head

Personally it’s not a miracle worker but over time helps with some maintenance but it’s not like i’m completely flake free
