Amazing massage with every step. Relives more tension in neck and lower back than expected. Less expensive than medication.
The shiatsu insoles are fantastic! I wear size 12 and it fit my penny loafer boat shoes and converse chuck taylor's. Even added them to my birki clogs with great success.

Cons
Tropical shiatsu acupressure insoles are not what they were meant to be. For me at least, the arch is in the totally wrong spot and puts too much pressure creating pain. Does not work like other insoles. Turned out to be a disappointment.

I have tried all the over counter orthotics and even had 400
Expensive running shoes sat in my closet because of plantar fasciitis pain until i found these
This is certainly less expensive than medication

I didnt have to trim anything it went straight from packaging to my shoes
