The key words i am basing my review on are the words reduces and helps. They have a complete starter kit for psoriasis, as well.
Helps reduce the itching, redness, and continued application will heal the spots quickly. It is smoother and the red patches are much less noticeable than before.
Salicylic acid is the main ingredient in this facialcleanser. It reduces redness and white scaly skin. This product worked for me even when my dermatologist didn't.
