It's kind of similar to the * bags at the hospital. The bag has a papery-looking pouch inside that i assume is the gelling stuff. Pricey but convenient.
It can hold 28 ounces so it can be reused if there's room. Purchased for a tailgate and ended up using in the car when we got stuck on a shut down highway. Must have for the traveler or long commuter.
They work just like advertised. These are a great last ditch stuck in traffic stop gap, good enough to get you buy and they're opaque. These work perfectly, especially when tent camping and avoiding finding a restroom in the dark.
There was no leaking or odor. Both my mom and myself suffer from urinary incontinence.

Also in case you’re curious these are clearly meant exclusively for urinating purposes i wouldn’t recommend counting on these for the “other end” unless it was a true emergency since “catching it all” in this could be tricky and potentially messy
