There is a fill hole that is covered by a removable plastic plug/valve. You can easily lock the reservoir to clean the bowl throughout its use.

First of all, beautfiul and easy to fill and clean. It cleans easily with dish soap. The tablets to clean inside out are super inexpensive and the bowl has stood up well so far from constant use.

Bowl isn't full to the brim, so dogs don't make as much of a mess. Less puddle to clean up.

This bowl is phenomenal! These bowls are great! It is truly the best water we’ve ever had! Best purchase of my life.

Cons

After my dog drains the water it only lets out enough water to fill less than a quarter inch of the bottom of the bowl. That combined with the discoloration in the slot that feeds the water into the bowl, leads me to believe that there is mold growing... Read More
