I seen some reviews for this pump that address a connection issue have had this pump for 5 years and still works great just purchased the same pump for a friend who recently started biking and it has worked beautifully for her i then damage using it for one month very nice pump

It may take several tries to before being able to pump the hose is made of a cheap plastic it will start cracking right away wherever it bends near the outlet and where its stored over the handle and quickly blows out

Dont pay their support company todson half the cost of the pump to get a new hose on the schrader side which is what my cruiser has its a bit fiddly

Finally it comes with attachments which again may or may not mean anything to you depending on whether or not you pump air into anything other than a presta bike tire which i know most people who buy this pump probably do not meaning most people buy this for highend presta tires
