Pros

The flat profile gives this knife an ability to be sharpened very easily. Comes with a whetstone/waterstone to achieve even higher levels of absurdity. And it is easy to sharpen.

At 50 for a parer i wouldnt consider this a budget knife but an overall good value

The best for the money in my opinion

Competitiveness

While this is not nearly as flamboyant as the other names mentioned above this handsome knife of a simplelooking but elegant de...  Read More

The knife even comes with a little pamphlet that warns you not to power your way through if the knife seems stuck…

Not that though the accompanying pamphlet warns you to dry the knife as though it were made of high carbon steel to avoid rust and pitting

Unless i’m mistaken the knife is very high caliber stainless steel
