Pros

It works better than the register boosters we had (fit on the register) has been operating for about 3 months without any issue.

The fan is fully enclosed and thermally protected. Has made a big difference in a long heat run off trunk line. Eliminated a 5 degree difference in heat between 3 rooms and the rest of the house. Living room definitely feels warmer.

This booster fan works great. It really boosts the air flow. Works very well and has boosted our hot air system as hoped for.

Cons

My bedroom is far from the furnace. I highly suggest finding an hvac contractor that is national comfort institute certified.

The booster helps with the cooling but not very much

The old one needs replacing now and i am happy to be able to get the same product

But the blowers did help making the rooms about 10 to 15 warmer and since the price is right i gave it 4 stars

Ordered the replacement on a sunday afternoon standard shipping and i was surprised to see it on my doorstep the next day

I used mine on a 5inch round duct tube from my basement

Noise not too bad quieter than register booster fans

We utilized a 120v ductstat found at menards so we didnt have to rely on using the power from the hvac unit
