Pros
Only downside is that the plastic tray hold the jags in pretty tight. The packaging says that will loosen over time. The sizes are a little hard to read inside the case but a dab from a marker on the numbers helped me to see them better.
A warm barrel helps open the pores to allow the cleaners to work. It also helps trap the fresh oil as it cools down. This product is very good in cleaning my * and rifles barrels. It releases moisture and helps pore open.
Includes most of common calibers. Makes it easy to get the perfect patch fit, whatever your caliber. Pushes patches down a 223 barrel w/o issue.
These appear to be well made. Very sturdy, and well polished. There may be some sort of protective coating on them. They are strong and durable.
Cons
Cheap/weak metal. The threaded end was broke off costing me two rods. Now jag and rod are unusable.

I then warm the barrell with a hair dryer before running an oily patch through the bore and wiping down all the metal parts
I dont see any discoloration from the cleaning solvents like i have seen with other brass jags

You will notice that the size of the jag is embossed next to the slot where the jag fits

The number is the same color as the surrounding container making it impossible to ascertain

I have to get a magnifying glass out every time or paint over the raised number to identify the size i am seeking
