Reading a book about a boy who bends time and space to solve the mystery of his mothers murder to find love to hang out with a group of historys beloved characters including outlaw jesse james and to fight eventually ending up in the literal version of eden a kind of alternate dimension does not sound like your normal read

But its brilliant for fans of scifi and fantasy and the language and relationships and the world that the author illustrates for you is so exquisite youll find yourself getting drawn into the story even if this isnt your usual kind of read

I really hope there are because brett the author has shown an awful lot of potential in this book and in these characters and itd be a real shame if we didnt see any more of them
