This is great wouldnt say it made me lose weight directly but it gave me great energy levels which did make me lose weight so in a round a bout way it did help loose weight very good shame its not available anymore
I also stopped taking them because i ran out and i felt so low after a few days and by a week later i was miserable and lethargic so i will never run out again
