Works great for looking for earwax in my 4 year old. It is a good tool but it would have been nice for the manufacturer to include a diagram of what you are looking at(inner ear) with indicators and titles.

Im not sure i could tell if an ear is infected although that was not the reason i purchased this i just want to know if the oil drops are working to get rid of my childs ear wax
