Ive had some other 5 grips which were supposed to be 1 but were actually 118 and they rolled around the bars and moved which is not cool

You cant use it for heavy exercises of course because your grip will fail before the target area does

When attached to the dumbbells at the gyms ive been to the opening is a good half inch wide which can make gripping difficult but then again thats the point
