Pros
I hope you found it helpful. Bought one as a gift and will probably buy more. Yes, we sanitize it guys do not worry. The thera cane is my partner for those zoom meetings.
The material used is very substantial. And with so much less hassle than a lacrosse ball. The bbb is heavier and sturdier.
Cons
This one is not rigid, is somewhat flimsy- and did nothing. They are useless and fall apart without the pins. When i use it, it hurts in a way that does not feel normal.
Head up- this item is not returnable.

It got lost in the mail so i ordered the traditional theracane

As far as i can figure out from the use of this item and the provided directions there arent any equivalent ways to achieve that as the only two set of nodes that are positioned to do so are way too far apart
