Depending on how much i work the same area i can end up sore but the relief i feel overrides any temporary soreness

My feet and shoulders tend to cause me the most pain and this jacknobber has given me a lot of relief

I typically run the largest one up and down my arches over my socks to loosen up and sort of warm up the area im going to work on and then i use one of the smaller sizes to apply direct pressure and work out the knots
