This book is nicely written and upon completion gives you a good sense of hope and well being im confident that i can return to it again and again to help improve my mood however having clearly identified through a recent counsellor visit that i have some very deep rooted issues from my childhood 30 plus years ago it doesnt seem to help in specifically addressing these issues as i had hoped

Whether on purpose or not it was obviously written with the intention to spare its recipient from the many pits caused by the false self and or ego traits
