The instructions on the neat website are clear though not the easiest to find i found them by using a search engine looking for 34configure neatconnect scan email34 since sure they put their cloud service first to try to convince you to use and pay for that service

The neat scanner and neat program is very 34glitchy34 and slow although i have to admit theyve made many improvements since the last one but its the better scanner on the market in its price range for now
