I have such sensitive hearing and these save my life on a regular basis work really well and they help when l have a headache or a migraine and l found them easy to sleep with them in and they are still there when l wake up and l highly recommend them and l sometimes put them in so l can read without hearing people or fireworks and just general noises from outside didnt fit comfortably used on a flight and it blocked off the noise well but are slightly uncomfortable
