It came with an instructions leaflet unfortunately this was in french and german not rocket science to put together but as there was no dvd to follow i have to guess from the few pictures in the leaflet as to the correct actions to use this equipment

All the instructions were in english and all parts and fittings are very clearly numbered and diagramed in the manual

Twist and shout machine okay but the calorie counter computer does not work other than that fine

No dvd or diet sheet came with it and that was disappointing that is the reason i marked the product down

With regular use it’s still obviously a workout but it doesn’t feel as hard work more just going through the motions

Love the product itself but mine didnt come with the workout dvd and or the step by step guide and the meal plans and instructions werent in english which made it harder then it should have been to assemble
