Tumeric is different than cucurmin. Within two weeks of starting curcumin, my cough and other bronchitis symptoms were gone.

One capsule at breakfast relieves joint and muscle pain. I have both ra and fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 11 years ago and have currently been in a flare.

Easy to * there’s no aftertaste. I’m only taking one pill daily if pain develops i add another pill.
