Pros
Lightweight pump works well with garden hose. On/off switch works well if unobstructed. Has floating switch to adjust the on-off height for the float. Used for pumping out septic tank second (liquid) compartment contents.
Cons
Lasted 1hour and a tiny pebble broke it. The pump works intermittently. It has to be fully submerged and the float way above before it kicks in.

This pump is very good value looking on the net at others similar to this pumpi can only say i am extremely pleased with the purchase
Price
Not particularly powerful to pump water from an underground tank so takes a bit longer to do the garden watering but for the price is fine

Aside from the pump being as advertised the speed of the shipping was exemplary

Used it first today to empty a ceptic tank worked perfect saved £150a good strong pump and easy to rince clean
Hose connection that would take a standard hozelock tap connector

Had serious flooding in the garden and connected a pipe to this for the drain and my god did it pump out the water i had to hold onto the pipe as it was comming out that fast however only down fall was having to tie up the switch because the water wasnt deep enough to be fully submerged

However our last one had a 3 pin uk moulded plug the new one had this weird euuk adaption thing that made the plug far too big for a typical outdoor weatherproof plug socket so it wouldn’t fit

The clip on the side to hold the float switch is poor and has already broken but a tie wrap around the substantial handle does the job of lowering the switch to drain more water

A small point is that the outlet adapter does not fit standard halfinch hosepipe so i had to fit a further reducer to the outlet and fix with epoxy adhesive
