Pros

They taste cleaner and fresher. It's easy to do, just keeping them moist. Dump that water and blend with 6cups of fresh water. Strain it in a tea towel or cheesecloth.

Raw almonds are a nutritional powerhouse. Hard to find unpasteurized almonds in usa.

Cons

Paid extreme premium for the sprouting raw aspect. I plan to contact the company to see if they can rectify my purchase in some way.

The flavor is just ok, however they are not crisp, not fresh and not crunchy as written of the front of the bag. Half of them are very bitter. They are chewy and taste strange. This package is stale and flavorless.
