Pros

Same as those sold at hardware stores. It's a bit lighter duty than ones from the 60's but glad these are still around. Works perfectly for small bathroom window. I have a closet without a door so this works perfect.

Cons

Thank heavens this is only $4 or so. Terrible quality, it’s flimsy and not what they claim it is! It is very cheaply made.
