The “longer” strap is barely a half inch longer which was disappointing since i have a larger arm that needs the longer strap

I love wearing this thing i wear it doing everything changing rimstires fishing work main point no pain in wrists forearm elbow and sometimes biceps this eliminated all these problems

Main downside of these are they do not stay in place under winter clothing its a fault of the style not this particular brand

I have short arms and this makes the sleeve go higher on my arm that is not the fault of the sleeve
