Pros

It beats any of the small diamond-stones. It really beats the 4-piece clamp-and-guide-rod diamond kits. The 8000 grit really mirrors a blade!

Great product. Does what it's suppose to do. Great function and value. Great stone and excellent whetstone.

Cons

This stone is far too soft for this kind of steel and hardly even kept up with the 1000 grit stone i already had, even with the lightest amount of pressure. Probably my fault for not fully investing in a better more expensive product.
