The device is not red but hot pink which is not a problem at all

I love it good quality ive had this for a good 2 months and after charging it to full before first use i still have yet to charge the device after using this 1 time a day for 24 minutes

Initially i was considering foreo luna 2 for sensitive skin but after a lot of research and reading many reviews on similar cleansing devices i chose to purchase from swissultimate labs because of the good reviews on their products and it was easier on my wallet
