Pros
I use this oil often when my low back is very sore.
I find the lotion helps with the itchy sensation i get from the oil. I recommend putting it in a small spray bottle though cause it makes it easier to apply. The forearms are a good place to apply it.
Cons
At $19 per 8oz on amazon prime, 48 tspn = 168 grams =11. And rereview it. This magnesium oil from swanson health products causes intense itching. It burns pretty soon after direct skin application.
