Pros

Couldn't recommend a better multi-vitamin for men. Has higher doses of microminerals such as manganese and molybdenum.

The new smaller-sized tablets; no more gagging. That lets me pop 2-3 throughout the day and not have the side-effects of a single gigantic tablet. Recommended dose is 6 tablets per day.

Best of luck to you and cheers to your health. I'm a definite believer in this product.

Cons

The men's herbal nutrition support in the original formula is gone. The new formula is just a high-end multi-vitamin. It's pretty evident that this was simply a cost-cutting decision.
