Pros

Only disappointment is cord is very short. Very quiet and had no clogs. Can't speak on longevity of this pump, but for the price/performance.

Cons

Gfci outlet gets tripped by the pump. The pump should be rated for 1/2 hp at least. They claim to pull over 1000 gallons per hour…. Also, they say it has a 1 year warranty!

This one is garbage. Still failed. Same thing. Tried the pump one more time and purchased nov 2020.

Price

I thought i was going to need to spend way more price wise to drain the pool but this pump got the job done with no issues

I was pleased with the performance and price

Slightly higher price is easily justified when you consider specifications

I am sure the lay flat would be much quicker but for my purposes there is no urgency to get the water out so it wasnt worth the extra cost

The item arrived quickly and worked like a champ as hoped

I was surprised they got back to me the very next day and went over the reason the pump failed

Competitiveness

It was purchased to replace another brand that had died and this one is stronger and quicker
