Cons

I have high arches & these do nothing. After the fist hour the heel come loose and shifted in my shoe while at work. The support arch is too far back while the orthotic arch does not extent to even to the mid-point of my foot arch for support.

Buy spenco rx or something else instead. These are way overpriced for what they provide. Don't waste your time – go to cvs and pay $20.

Amazon says not returnable! Cannot return the two unopened ones. Packaging and website say they warranty their product/guarantee return ability.
