Pros & Cons
Pros
I work in the coachella valley desert in so california and it does get extremely windy. Finally broke down and bought one after lugging an easy up onto a commercial rooftop for a compressor changeout on a hot summer day.
The magnet is crazy strong. Sturdy when attached to something sturdy. Includes a large, very strong magnet.
The umbrella works fantastic. This thing is a godsend. I jus wish it was a little longer….
Cons
One of the stretchers is already broken. Replacement parts are not available. Breaks very easy so be careful.
Highlights
Quality
Works great well built definitely makes working in the sun tolerable in the desert
Works great and it’s pretty strong against the wind
Works great most of the time the magnet could be a little stronger and use a non scratching base it tends to scratch the surface
Love this umbrella it’s a life saver but definitely needs a better cover for it mine ripped in first week or two
Price
Expensive for an umbrella when you can buy a bolt on socket for next to nothing and use any umbrealla with it
This thing is expensive for what it is but it is pretty well put together and a huge relief if you work in the sun
Packaging/appearance
Came in real clutch when i had to do a leak search on a package unit while raining
