The felt is supposed fit over the edge of the drum all the way around. But there is a sewn seem right across the width of it.

This supplier replaced the product free of charge and the replacement felt worked perfectly
I found this to be a very good dryer seal and works
After about five minutes the adhesive had a solid grip and i moved to the next section
One 3 inch spot was missing the felt on the rear lip of the drum and i guess it was enough to make it not spin
Price
For less than 100 i was able to replace both seals front and rear heating element wheels belt and safety sensors

Worked okay was really bent up i put it around the tub to try and form it but it was still difficult to install on our dryer drum

Took the iron to it and smoothed it right out then installed with the provided glue
