You may also need to request instructions in broken english as mine came only with chinese

The first one that came in had a broken nob for the 4th fan returned that on and ordered a new one

This happened with all sorts of different led fans i tried but not with nonled fans

The product could also be slightly bigger ass i had to put notecards under it to make it fit perfectly and i cant figure out how to change the temp setting to fahrenheit
