Pros

This drying rack is sturdy, easy to clean, good room for utensils. It also has a nice dish drain.

Cons

It's just a hassle to have to repackage and send back because quality-control was lacking. Not worth the $30. It is not possible to return or refund.

Stainless steel isn't supposed to rust. It is really rusting. They shouldn't be allowed to call it stainless.

The bottom plastic tray has a quarter-size hole. The drain pad has a big hole, big hole! I can fix the angle problem by * a thin piece of wood to the back end.

The silverware drying compartment has separators less than an inch tall. The spoon holder doesnr properly hold the spoons or utensils. The divider for the plates and silverware are way too low.
