Pros
They come colour coded in a storage bag - as usual too much plastic packaging in the box but not as bad as many. There is an exercise leaflet included which is helpful.
Cons
Used this product for physio leg exercises and the'strong' band snapped after one week of use. I kept having to pause to smooth them out, otherwise all the pressure goes into the narrow twist of rubber into the thigh.

They did what they were advertised to do and each band is marked with its strength rating which was useful

Initially very disappointed had not realised the size of the bands though it is clearly stated as 30x5 cm
